PRD-74 — Affiliate Programme (unique referral link). Expands the email-only "refer a friend" into a personal referral link with a small performance dashboard. See SCOPE.md.

• Pixel-aligned to the real app: real purple-gradient sidebar + white top bar (kit shell), and the real EarnReward top-bar button opening the ReferralSystem w-96 dropdown popover (real classes, copy, badges).
• Changed from today: email-invite input → unique link + copy + Share; reward copy $40 referrer-only; added a clicks/sign-ups/subscribed stats row; "view all" expands the full history.
• States: ?screen=active (populated), ?screen=empty (link present, all zero), ?screen=share (mobile native share sheet). Preview mobile with data-sm-frame="mobile".

Faked vs real. Link/counts/list/totals + the Overview backdrop are hard-coded. On build: link/code per user from the API; clicks from the public redirect endpoint; sign-ups/subscribers from ReferralReward; total paid out from paid_at × $40. Reward stays manual/webhook, paid on the referred user subscribing.
